Web-Based Training Framework for China School Teachers Educational Technique Ability Training

From virtual learning environment point of view, to establish a supporting system for national teacher education technology training will benefit and solve a series of key issues that the training faced with, meanwhile, it will provide possibility for training assessment. this paper, starting from analyzing key characteristic of our teacher technology ability training supporting network, has described the three layer distributed architecture of web-based training framework(WTF). And then we introduced key elements of how WTF works to support teachers´ education technology ability development. In the end of this paper, it summarized its running status in past three years in the national teacher training program.
