Abstract :
The conventional E-mail address system is represented by a domain name and user name on a host, which consists of English characters. So it is impossible to use Korean E-mail address because the word ordering of the existing English domain is different from the Korean domain. Therefore the necessity of a Korean domain name management system, which provides the operation and management incorporating existing the DNS (domain name system) and is familiar with Korean, is increasing. In this paper the HEMMP (Hangul E-mail address management protocol) is proposed, which supports the Korean mail address system and enables the collection and provision of user information on the network management unit. The Dynatron (dynamic traverse on user information service) is also implemented, which is the dynamic user information searching system using the HEMMP
