Abstract :
The authors propose a novel PWM technique for the three phase current fed type converter with a filter circuit by the closed loop regulation of the instantaneous active and reactive current vector. This PWM converter has excellent properties. They are the simple construction of the control system, robustness, fast response and so on. And the operation under unity power factor can be easily obtained by compensating automatically the leading current of the filter circuit. By the feedback control of the differential quantity of the line current, the oscillation of the AC filter circuit can be suppressed and the three phase sinusoidal input current can be obtained.<>
