Abstract :
The advent of the Internet has brought about a revolutionary storm in the field of education. The construction of networked educational resources is an important aspect of higher education information construction. Many universities already had own online teaching resources. However, the construction of online educational resource in most university is still at the initial stage and there are some questions. This paper reviews the evolution of online education, deeply analyzes the reason why these questions exist and puts forward many proposals on constructing online educational resource in university.
