Abstract :
Substitution scheduling of human resources is an important and factual problem in project management. The problem is presented as a mix integer programming model with the objective of minimizing total cost of project considering reward of early completion and delay penalty. A heuristics is developed to solve the model, in which the main framework is an enumeration procedure embedded a serial scheduling schema for solution of project scheduling problem with the same objective, and its time complexity is analyzed. The result of a computational example shows that the approach is feasible.
