  • Abstract
    An approach for the critical path analysis and other management activities in the project management based on the fuzzy logic is presented. In addition to determine the critical path and critical activities, the approach can determine the significance of an activity and a path. It is important to the risk management. The approach can also cope with the project uncertainty. A straight forward procedure and an example for the approach are discussed in the end.
