Screening & Indexes Quantitative Model for Assessor: Based on Reliability Test of Parameter in Project Investment

Many parameters require to be described by assessor in project investment. The normal method to define a parameter is to get the expectation vale of assessor. But when assessors are much more, expectation deviation will be emerged because of assessor´s deferent criteria. So screening for assessors must to be done first in this situation. On account of such analyses, this paper build a model based on reliability test to screening the assessor, then find the solution of relative parameter to gain the expectation that is closer to actual outcome.
