Abstract :
Learning team construction has already become strategic choice between objective needs and the survival of the enterprise. The enterprise pays much attention to the validity of team learning. This article constructs the performance of multi-level evaluation index system and validity evaluation of team learning mathematical model based on DEA. Combined with the case, the model is used to evaluate the performance of a complex system, which is composed of more than one homogeneous decision-making unit and have more influencing factors (multi-input) and output index (multi-output). To compare the order of team learning performance, determine the validity of technology and scale, analyses team learning problem diagnoses, and so on. By contrast with other analyses, comparing the validity evaluation of team learning of different teams simultaneously and contrasting the asynchronous validity evaluation of team learning about the same team to evaluate the validity of team learning according to DEA method. It is significant for improving team learning performance management level and resource utilization rate.
