Abstract :
With the popularity of new smart mobile devices and Application, mLearning can create a revolution in eLearning and doing business at the same time at any time and anywhere in the world. This paper presents the product or services that could be offered through mLearning. In this paper, we have identified some of the issues in content security and authentication in Mobile eLearning for providing persistent document security and authentication. As for the solution to the problems we have developed a framework for mLearning with content security and authentication that is presented in this paper. Here, we also present our content authentication algorithm using bipartite matching that uses graph clustering with adjusted weights.
