Abstract :
In this paper, based on the mechanism of artificial roughness on thermal transfer enhancement and the characteristic of TV panel mould, two improved solutions for cooling structure of the mould are given and simulated. The calculation results show that the artificial roughness interposed on the outer surface of the caviry plate can enhance greatly the thermal transfer efficiency, and the heigh and the space of roughness elements have important influence for the thermal transfer effect.
