Abstract :
The incipient periodic fault characteristic signals of rolling bearing are very weak, and the useful signals submerged in the noise are difficult to be detected. A method based on Duffing oscillator is presented to diagnose the incipient fault of rolling bearing. The principle and process of detecting weak signal by using Duffing oscillator are discussed in detail. The system characters were analyzed and the detection performance of Duffing oscillator was testified by the simulation experiments. Finally, this method was used to detect the weak incipient fault signal on inner race of rolling bearing, and its effectiveness was verified.
