Abstract :
Knowledge sharing is of great significance for both academy and application in the research of knowledge management. On the basis of the knowledge that the essence of knowledge sharing is knowledge transferring, this paper regarded the enterprise internal knowledge sharing (EIKS) as a sort of the complex adaptive system (CAS), analyzed its complexity, and established a framework for the research of enterprise internal knowledge sharing on the basis of CAS theory, which is a completely new way for the research of knowledge sharing.
