Abstract
According to statistical analysis, the first half of 2009 once China surpassed the United States became the world´s first automobile-producing country, while China´s auto consumption, the proportion of total world consumption has reached 12%. In the trend of development of modern logistics, automobile enterprises must be based on the survival of the entire supply chain´s competitive edge relies on strengthening the supply chain, logistics costmanagement for enterprises increasingly become a priority project. In this paper, the use of supply chain management and logistics cost management theoretical knowledge, from the overall situation of China´s automotive industry in the supply chain, logistics cost control on the status and development trend of research, further to improve the program, reduce supply chain logistics costs and improve economic efficiency for automotive enterprises to provide decision-making.
