Construction of a Knowledge Management Framework Based on Web 2.0

ICT have a profound impact on the mode of organizational learning and that it offers a number of advantages and opportunities. But it also brings about a lot of potential problems in the field of knowledge management. Web 2.0 is a term coined by Tim O´Reilly. It redefines the interactions between Internet and users and brings about a new Internet ecosystem. In this paper, we firstly introduced the main components and technologies of Web 2.0, then we proposed a framework that can corporate the Web 2.0 technologies into the filed of KM. Besides, we also proposed a knowledge management service strategy based on Web 2.0. With the help of the framework and the strategy, the potential problems will be solved to a great extent.
