Abstract
First, the processes and properties of knowledge transition of a business in an industrial cluster are systematically analyzed based on the Nonaka´s SECI model, and the influencing factors of knowledge transition on a business competitive force are discussed in the paper. Second, an evaluative indexes system of a business competitive force are designed according to the influencing factors of a business competitive force, and the evaluative models of a business competitive force are established by the application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluative approaches. Lastly, a practical application of the appraisal approaches and models are presented.
