Abstract :
According to the existed manual pressure realizes insulating oil dielectric strength testing equipment which has a lot of questions, such as low precision, poor safety performance and inconvenient operation, their using MCU-51 and stepper motor develops a set of insulation oil dielectric strength tester which adopts advanced dry-type transformers and the volume is small, the weight is light, and it is easy to carry. The tester has three automatic operation modes, which is six times, single time and self-defined times. The tester also has the functions of automatic pressurization test, automatic stirring, automatic processing, automatic printing and digital displaying, the testing precision reach to 1.5 level, and the maximum power only 2 hundred watts. This insulating oil dielectric strength tester is beyond the standard prescribed by the country.
