Abstract :
In this paper we studied the relationship between social capital and organizational performance, and tried to confirm whether learning orientation is an important medi- variable. Through theory analysis, we built research framework and constructed Structural Equation Model, and then carried out an empirical research on 134 enterprises which come from the Peal River Delta, China.
