Abstract :
Summary form only given. A recently developed non-thermal plasma facility, which produced by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), is described. The effect of modification with DBD on the properties of a carbon fiber (CF) was studied, and the wettability of CF was improved by the non-thermal plasma treatment.
