Abstract
Here are presented the characteristics of numeric control systems installed in the Macagua 115/13.8 kV and FMO 115/34.5 kV substations, showing their architecture, configuration and its hardware and software components; the strengths and weaknesses of both, from the maintenance and operability point of view, are also shown. Some aspects that must be taken into account and or improved in future bidding processes of control systems for the automation of CVG EDELCA´s distribution substations are discussed
