Abstract :
According to analysis results of the failure modes of side-abrasion of rod strings for water-flood pump wells and the application of probability statistical and reliability theory, this paper properly treated and selected the failure data, and deduced the lifetime statistical model, realized qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation for the working reliability. Through building the side-abrasion failure fault tree of rod strings for water-flood pump wells, the paper found basic effective factors and their combinations that caused side-abrasion of rod strings, calculated structure importance degree of each relative factors, revealed the inner law, furthermore, found out the weak link, provided the prediction and diagnosis of side-abrasion of rod strings in order that we can adopt scientific treatment to guide the maintenance and realize the best operation of system.
