Abstract :
IPTV brought a new digital era in the broadcasting domain. The typical demand for Internet-based broadcasting is a bi-directional interactive convergence service. To support the market demand for a massive service delivery, the IPTV platform is essential. In this paper, we will look at the features of next generation IPTV infrastructure and services, then next generation IPTV platform issues.
