Abstract :
Regional technological innovation ability is the determinative factor of regional economic growth and competition, evaluating the regional technological innovation ability is of great significance. This paper applies BP neural network to evaluate regional technological innovation, based on the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability. This approach can take full advantage of the relevant information of technological innovation ability of sample areas, and reveal the interior mechanism of action of regional technological innovation ability.
