Abstract :
The performance evaluation of wireless digital communication systems employing equal gain combining (EGC) diversity technique at the receiver is investigated with the presence of co-channel interference in a non-Gaussian multipath fading environment. The closed-form expression of error probability is then derived in the case of both identical and distinct-powered interferers.
