Abstract :
The energy distribution companies are strongly affected by non-technical losses due to fraud, imprecision of the measurement, reading errors or bad management of the data collection systems. In this work we analyze this problem. As solutions, we propose the installation of burglar alarm systems, remote connection and reconnection systems, conductor protections to make them inviolable, electronic devices to reduce losses by bad measurement, data collection improvement systems and others. We suggest economic solutions easy to implant. In order to implement these solutions so that they have the desired effect, it is necessary to develop a suitable logistic of installation, which it is considered to reduce non-technical losses between 40%-60% depending on the economical capacity of the company. A program that allows the user to take the control of the orders automatically elaborates the invoicing and manages productivity of the installation and measure crews
