Abstract :
Knowledge sharing & transfer is a critical step for successful knowledge management, and constructing knowledge sharing & transfer network is an important approach to enhance the efficiency of knowledge sharing & transfer. Because of different sharing & transfer patterns of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, the methods to improve efficiency of knowledge sharing and transfer are different. This paper constructs knowledge sharing & transfer network in view of behaviors, analyzes mutual relations between network members and calculates the optimal knowledge transfer path. The general algorithm for shortest path - "Floyd" algorithm is used to optimize transfer path for explicit knowledge; social network analysis (SNA) is applied to analyze and optimize transfer path for tacit knowledge.
