Abstract :
As the life request of satellites becomes longer and longer, more and more attention has been paid to reliability technology for space electronic products, a series of specifications of our company have been published to guide the design of electronic equipments. This paper compare the standards about reliability design for electronic equipments in ECSS to the work we do in our project and also analysis the ECSS-Q-30-02 FMECA standard.
