Abstract
Knowledge and business processes are "symbiotically" related. A large number of Chinese enterprises make great use of knowledge management to establish documents of project management process. Through the observation to this kind of knowledge management practice, we find that knowledge management makes the third contribution to business process, namely, forming the standard process. In this article, we will summarize this special type of knowledge management practice as an "action-knowledge-process" model, and demonstrate how the knowledge leads to the formation of process by case study.
