An Improved Rough Decision-Making Model Based on Equivalent Hierarchical Cluster and It´s Empirical Study

This paper gives a new improved model in decision-making based on rough sets theory and hierarchical cluster analysis. In the view of the phenomenon that people can only obtain the information table but can´t get the decision table when dealing with problems in practical applications, we use the hierarchical cluster analysis as a tool to improve the traditional rough sets theory and construct the equivalence relation to expand the information table into decision table. Then we do the empirical study, which can validate the rationality and validity of our method.
