Abstract :
In the traditional grey relation analysis method, the relational grade between two sequences can be expressed by dividing the relational coefficient by its average value, But this is not rational, because each sequence does not have the same value, different factors may have different levels of significance. So the varied weights are considered when calculating the grey relational grades instead of using the same weights for all factors in some papers , But this is also not rational ,because this method does not consider ideal point of the grey relational grade .In this paper, ideal point method VIKOR is used to grey relation analysis, the concept of closeness level of ideal point method VIKOR and relating level of grey system theory is adopted to compute the distance of each comparative factor with the ideal point and negative ideal point. The relevance between comparative factor and reference sequences is evaluated. The weight of VIKOR algorithm is determined by AHP. At last, This GRA based on ideal point methods is applied to a municipal wastewater treatment plant. Case study results indicate that this method is scientific.
