Abstract :
The standardisation of the digital output of high voltage electronic transducer (HV ET) is in progress in IEC TC38 and IEC TC57. At the same time, EDF is carrying out experimentation in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the point to point digital communication link between HV ET and LV equipment, particularly on the critical points of compatibility, interchangeability between equipment and post-synchronisation of measurements sent by various equipment. A major difficulty is to assess the accuracy of an ET with a digital output. For that purpose a method of calibration and a test set-up for accuracy measurement has been developed. Both are described in this paper
