Abstract
How to control the mechanical properties of materials is difficult in actual production. In this paper, neural network (NN) and principal component analysis (PCA) have been adopted to simulate and control mechanical properties of CA6NM (called ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo corresponds to Chinese steel code). An optimized NN has been built to analyze and design a kind of material according to its components. This paper proposes to integrate NN and PCA (called PCA-NN) to properly simulate and control materials´ quality. Finally, it is concluded that PCA-NN is satisfied in material design.
