Abstract :
We have studied the crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of series (Zr,Sn)TiO4-based ceramics system as a function of compositional variation. These (Zr1-xSnx )TiO4 ceramics doped with 0.5 wt% B2O3 , 0.3 wt% La2O3, 0.5~2.0 wt% NiTa2O6 and Ni2Ta2O7 have dielectric constants between 33.8 and 39.2 and their quality factors are 32,000~52,000 (at 5 GHz) under sintering temperature 1500°C, 2 h. The temperature coefficient of resonance frequency can be controlled by the composition change within 0±3 ppm/°C
