Abstract :
This paper introduces a novel high voltage (HV) measuring instrument designed to calibrate oil insulation testers. Two parts were included: the calibrator block; and the data processing and display unit. It overcomes the difficulties of measuring high voltage in a small enclosure. The designed instrument can be used for any other HV measurements, especially within small enclosures
