Abstract :
There are a lot of relevant researches about location of urban passenger transportation terminal at home and abroad, but the traditional location models are often rarely considered the influence which urban transportation terminal location to bus-sharing ratio and generalized cost of transportation terminal sitting. The paper, basing on user equilibrium theory, studies the interaction between the traffic flow of private cars and that of buses in super-network, gets the optimize the traffic flows of the two transportation modes above when choosing different location of transportation terminal in city, and makes the bus-sharing ratio to maximize. Meanwhile, basing on getting the traffic flow of private cars and buses, the paper considers that the total travel cost in urban transportation network is made up three parts, which are the travel cost of private cars and the travel cost of buses, combines the total travel cost with the land cost of transportation terminal and the passenger transfer cost, and then constructs two-tier location model that bases on the ultimate goal that the total travel cost and land cost all achieve optimization. Finally, the paper brings out an example to examine the two-tier location model.
