Abstract

Aiming at the problems existing in the current performance evaluation system of enterprises´ technological innovation, this paper combined the characteristics of technological innovation and the innovation practice in China´s enterprises, innovatively developed the Balanced Scorecards and the new field of their applications, proposed the Enhanced Balanced Scorecards - Technological Innovation (EBSC-TI) regarding society environment and future development, and fully established the performance measurement indexes system for evaluating technological innovation performance synthetically from five aspects such as finance, customer, flow, development and society. It will provide enterprises with scientific theory direction and exercisable manual to know their own technological innovation conditions.
