  • Abstract
Being in the presence of the increase of non-technical losses (NTL) at the end of the year 2003, C.A. Additionally, a brief description is made of the follow-up and control, based on the mechanisms mentioned before, as well as the information systems developed and put into practice by Eleval. Finally, the results and conclusions are shown, as a result of the successful experience obtained by the company, in this matter
