Abstract :
Intelligent capacitive sensor which does not require the inclusion of devices such as a microprocessor, microcontroller or programmable logic controller is described. When using the scheme of linearization in an intelligent capacitive sensor, the relative conversion error that is introduced by elements such as resistors, capacitors and op-amp can be as low as one hundredth of a percent.
