Abstract :
In this paper ISDN implementation in developing countries is discussed based on Mauritius as a case study. The requirements in terms of basic telecommunications infrastructures for the setting up of an ISDN network are looked into. The problems which can be encountered in the process are analysed and possible solutions are identified
