Summary form only given. As entrepreneurship is an important tool for the development of future growth sectors, this paper attempts to analyze the dynamics of entrepreneurs in information and communication technology-based firms. Except for a few studies, the literature about new economy and entrepreneurship is focused on the analysis of advanced countries. In order to catch up with advanced countries, developing countries need to understand and tackle with the problems of entrepreneurship. To do so, this paper analyzes entrepreneurship in a developing country example by utilizing an empirical study of Turkish entrepreneurs in information and communications technology (ICT)-based firms
