Abstract :
The failure of the mechanical products is not only accidental, but also gradualness. A very important part, in the course of maintenance and support of the mechanical system, is to find out ldquothe sources of failurerdquo which cause the damage of the system components, in order to take the pertinence preventive measures in time. This paper applies the reliability design and reliability analysis (FMECA) to identify the key parts and the damageable place. Then using the virtual prototype simulation technology to identify the vulnerable parts of the key parts, this paper finds an effective way to improve the reliability and durability of the whole system, enhances the pertinence of preventive maintenance.
