Abstract :
For the purpose of supporting the Shenzhou spaceship reliability and safety design, analysis, experimenting, and verification, great amount reliability and safety data in history and development must be collected. This paper introduces the reliability and safety collection of data items, collected channels, data analysis, and applied cases.
