Abstract :
Methods of predicting wear failure time are proposed based on product´s service life calculation technology, and the mathematical models are established referred to reliability theory and wear design criterion. Results from test prove the feasibility of the method. Results of an example have proven the feasibility and efficiency of these methods in the application of predicting wear failure time of equipment.
