Abstract
The partners in the pet´s information management form a network of information sharing and collaboration. The characteristic of the network is that the information related to a pet is distributed and decentralized. Based on the model of product-centric information management, we propose an infrastructure to solve the problems emerging in the pets´ information management. This infrastructure employs such technologies as RFID (radio frequency identification), Web service, intelligent agent and wireless communication to enable the unique identification of and acquisition of information from pets.
