Study on The Fuzzy Decision-Making Model Based on Rough Sets of M&A

Due to the shortage of non-renewable resources, the resource-typed enterprises have become the targets of M&A of global capital. According to the characteristics of resource-typed enterprises and the selection decision-making system of the M&A´s targets, this paper establishes an index system that can be utilized to evaluate the M&A´s targets comprehensively and scientifically. Moreover, by using the basic theory of rough sets and gray system, this paper conducts a quantitative decision-making, presents a decision-making model to choose the optimum alternative for M&A´s targets, and realizes the multi-object decision-making in M&A of the resource-typed enterprises.
