Abstract :
ZhongGuanCun is called the ´Chinese Silicon Valley´. ZhongGuanCun is sited in Beijing city, the Capital of China. Around ZhongGuanCun, there are 73 universities or colleges, containing over 300 thousand students. In ZhongGuanCun, most corporations in the information technology industry are small. The reasons for this are as follows: (1) the information technology industry is a new industry, especially in China, a developing country and its native language is not English; (2) the software industry is a fragmented industry, this suggests that its members are increasingly reliant on strategic alliances to remain competitive; and (3) a shortage of venture capital
