  • Abstract
    Mobile agent is an ideal programming diagram to construct open and dynamic application systems. But it still requires a great deal of maturity in security before being successful. Trust management is another way to enhance system security performance, but it has not been enough explored in mobile agent system. This paper first introduce the human trust management mechanism into mobile agent system and present a trust management model; then puts forward a new concept "trust entropy" to denotes a principal s trust degree and varying trend; finally gives a method to evaluate the principal s trust entropy and give the preliminary realization. This research is crucial to push the mobile agent diagram widely used in practical applications.
