Abstract :
With regard to the problem of ELS3 performance measurement, in which the attribute values are in form of interval number and the attribute weights are unknown, a novel evaluation method is proposed, in which interval number has non-preference. On the assumption that valuator has no preference to evaluated objects, UOWA was introduced to concentrating the interval attribute values. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the practicability and effectiveness of the method.
