Abstract :
The risk of vehicle availability can be grown up rapidly while the complexity on vehicle supportability is extended. Therefore this paper introduces the fuzzy approximation relations and VPRS (variable precision rough set) theory precisely. Moreover the paper studies an example, includes indexes establishment on availability risk, the data acquiring method, decision-making rules extraction and verification. Finally, we draw the conclusion that the fuzzy VRPS model is valid.
