Abstract :
Supply chain inventory optimization model with controllable lead time is proposed with considering the extra crashing cost of buyer and supplier caused by shortening lead time. The optimal economic lot size and lead time with and without cooperation are gained, and the algorithms for finding the optimal policy is developed. Shapely value and MCRS method are used to coordinate both parties´ benefits, and the feasibility and efficiency of these models are manifested by numerical test.
