  • Abstract
    Through technology intermediary organization´s performance assessment, sanitation administration department and technology intermediary organizations can comprehend the management and operation situation of the technology intermediary organization, and provide corresponding countermeasures for problems exist. The assessment information is very important to improve the quality of service of the technology intermediary organization. The application of DEA method in technology intermediary organization performance assessment has solved the difficult problem on relevant effective comparison among different organizations. Fuzzy DEA based on optimal frontier re-assessment method overcomes the limitation of re-assessment in DEA based on weight and estimation principle, and makes the result of technology intermediary organization´s assessment more objective.
